Queen J will not accept any returns/exchanges without authorization and inclusion of an exchange form is to be included in return package. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returning the item to Queen J and the shipping costs of the new item to be shipped back to customer. All returning items must in resellabe condition with original packaging. Queen J will not accept any items that have been used or altered in any way. In the event the returned item is deemed unsellable, the customer will have to pay for shipping costs of the item to be returned back to the customer or forfeit the item. All sales are final on makeup and clearance items.
