Customer Changed Mind Return Policy
Hey, we all change our minds sometimes no problem, we got you covered! The following is our policy on returning items:- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, original packaging and must be in resellable condition
- Returned items must not be used or altered in any way
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item back to us
- Returned merchandise will be subject of a 15% restocking fee
- If the original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
- After inspection, return credit will be issued in same payment form as payment
- Please be sure to follow the return procedure provided below
Exchange Policy
- All exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original condition, original packaging and must be in resellable condition
- Returned items must not be used or altered in any way
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to Queen J and the shipping costs of the new item to be shipped back to the customer
- Please be sure to follow the return procedure provided below
*All sales are final on our makeup and clearance items
*Please note that if the returned item is not in it's original condition and deemed unsellable, no refund will be issued and the customer must pay for the item to be shipped back or forfeit the item.
Return/Exchange Procedure
1. Contact us at returns@queenjbeauty.com to receive a return/exchage form. The return/exchange form will be sent to you within 2 business days. Avoid delays by correctly filling out ALL questions provided on the return form. *Queen J will not accept any returns/exchanges without authorization

Wrongfully Sent Item Return Policy
In the event we make a fulfillment mistake, for example sending a incorrect item or sending of a defective item, please contact us within 7 business days at returns@queenjbeauty.com. Once we have investigated and verified the error we will provide a return shipping label to you via email. Upon reception of the return we will provide a full credit or an exchange at no cost to the you. We only ask that you return the item back in it's original condition.
